Summary

Based on the current market situation and liquidity is insufficient and the current interest rate is too high. According to community feedback, we recommend adjusting the interest rate model with the following parameters.

ETH Pool:
baseRate: 7% → 7%;
slope1: 16% → 16%;
slope2: 200% → 100%, gradually decreasing 20% every day;
optimalUtilizationRate: 65% → 65%;

Voting Quorum: Approximately 51.8M veBEND (10% of the total supply).
Pass Rate: Over 70% approval.
The voting will last for 3 days.

As always, I suggest to do it gradually lets say with 10% or 20% jumps not to create an APR shock
