With the arrival of the bull market, the current conservative strategy makes BendDAO uncompetitive, so to attract more participants and get more market share, we should make some changes on it.

** Motivation **

  • Higher the LTV of legendary collections like CryptoPunks, BAYC & Pudgys to get more legendary assets
  • Set the liquidation lower to avoid more liquidation cos the bid price is close to floor price of legendary NFT
  • Higher the LTV of blue chips collections from 30% to 50% to make people borrow more money in bull market
